A Penny For a Tale...

"This one's called, "The Dog and Her Reflection."
It happened one day that a dog was carrying some jewels in her mouth
across a plank, over some running water.
So enamored with what she saw in the water, the dog failed to recognize her own reflection."
I made a fake comic cover for Darren Lynn Bousman and Terrance Zdunich's The Devil's Carnival. I think it'd work well as a comic, but I don't see myself attempting to make a fan version. A cover is just fine enough for me. I tried to make it look like it look like it was a real comic from that time period, complete with aging and mysterious stains.
